It’s no longer news that Chinese Warship arrived Nigeria over the weekend ‘to strengthen their bilateral relations.’
The vessel was received by officials of the Western Naval Command led by Flag Officer Commanding(FOC) Rear Admiral Joseph Akpan.
However, contrary to the bilateral motives, there are insinuations that there’s more to their visit.
“China is very smart. They know what they are doing and they know what they want.”
