Manchester City skipper, Ilkay Gundogan, has relished his team’s historic Champions League title win.
DAILY POST reported that City pipped Inter Milan 1-0 to lift their first-ever Champions League trophy in Istanbul, Turkey, yesterday.
Midfielder, Rodri scored the goal that saw the English side clinch a historic treble.
Reacting via his Twitter handle on Saturday night, captain Gundogan said it has always been his childhood dream to win the Champions League.
The Germany international said winning the trophy with City was a dream come true.
He wrote, “My childhood dream has finally come true. #fairytale #UCLFinal2023”
