The President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has said President Muhammadu Buhari should always expect knocks on his doors after leaving office.
Tinubu said whether Buhari goes to Daura, Katsina State, or Niger Republic, he should expect knocks on his doors.
He spoke during his conferment of the National Honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, GCFR, in Abuja on Thursday.
The President-elect said he understands the honour given to him and his Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima and the magnitude of the task ahead.
“I understand the honour given to me today and the magnitude of the task ahead, whether you go to Daura or Niger Republic, expect knocks on your doors,” Tinubu said
