Less than a week to the May 29, 2023 inauguration of the government of the candidates of the All Progressives Congress Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima as the President and vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria respectively, a former attorney General of the Federation Michael Aondoakaa (SAN) has again restated that INEC erred in the declaration of Tinubu as the winner without meeting the 25% votes in FCT as required by the constitution.
