Fresh details have emerged on the real reason the Speaker of the Abia State House Of Assembly, Hon. Chinedum Orji was impeached on Tuesday.
According to a source who spoke to IGBERE TV on the condition of anonymity, there is a standing rule in Abia state house of Assembly which makes it impossible for a first timer to be elected speaker.
According to our source, “this standing rule has been a torn on the flesh of the SUPER SA who wants to be the speaker at all cost.”

“For him to stand nomination on the 12th of June, the rules must be amended.”
“The plot to impeach the speaker Abia house of Assembly at a time no worker in Abia state has been paid will cost the state atleast
#200, 000, 000.”
“Chukwudi Apugo will be made the speaker today to be able to amend the rules and set the stage for the battle line to be drawn.”
IGBERE TV reports that Hon. Chukwudi Apugo has emerged the new speaker of the Abia State House Of Assembly shortly after Hon. Chinedum Orji was impeached.
Hon. Kennedy Njoku (Osisioma North ), moved the motion of impeachment and was seconded by Hon. Chijioke Chukwu ( Bende North).
