Simon Ekpa has opened the first official Embassy for the Biafran Government In Exile located at | 7200 Belair Road, Suite #2, Baltimore MD 21206 | , Maryland USA

Simon Ekpa, the Finland-based self-professed disciple of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, had on August 2, 2023 declared what he called full activation of Biafran Republic Government In Exile (BRGIE).

Ekpa made the declaration in a statement in which he said that all the activities of Biafran supporters and agitators are to make sure that “Biafra will totally be free from Nigeria in 2023 and forever”
