Nollywood actor c*m politician, Desmond Elliot, has received his certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission on Thursday.
Elliot, who ran on the All Progressives Congress platform, won the Surulere Constituency election in the recently concluded election for the Lagos State House of Assembly.
