The Interim Management Committee (IMC) has postponed the Nigeria Premier Football League matchday 11 encounter between Lobi Stars and holders Rivers United.
The game was initially billed to hold on Wednesday (today) at the New Jos Stadium.
The postponement was as a result of Rivers United’s engagement in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The IMC has also postponed the matchday 12 encounter between Rivers United and Sunshine Stars billed for this weekend at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt.
A new date for the rescheduled fixtures will be decided by the IMC.
Rivers United will take on ASEC Mimosa of Cote d’Ivoire in a CAF Confederation Cup tie this weekend in Abidjan.
Both clubs are already through to the quarter-finals
