Woman Laments As Dyed Old 1000 Naira Notes Is Given To Customer As New Notes (Photos)

A woman has shared a video of dyed old 1,000 Naira notes given to someone as new notes, IGBERETV reports.

The cash was allegedly given by a POS operator trying to pass it off as the new notes.
