The Supreme Court has upheld the Court of Appeal judgement which awarded the All Progressives Congress Abia Central Senatorial District ticket to Sam Onuigbo.
The Supreme Court delivered two Appeal judgements against Emeka Atuma in Favour of Onuigbo on Friday.
Affirming the judgement of the Court of Appeal Owerri Division, Justice Coram Agim said that Onuigbo is the Legal and Rightful Candidate of the APC for Abia Central Senatorial District.
