The Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has congratulated the Catholic Bishop of Umuahia Diocese, Most Rev. Dr. Michael Kalu Ukpong who attained the age of 58 years on December 15, 2022.
Kalu, in a statement by his campaign spokesman, Sunny Idika, joined the Catholic Church, friends and associates in celebrating with the priest on the milestone.
The Abia North Senator described Bishop Ukpong as an exemplary and visionary church leader who has over the years dedicated his life to the Service of God and mankind.
He prayed that the Almighty God grant Rev. Father Ukpong longer life, good health and strength.
“On behalf of my family, Abia North Senatorial District, I wish you more grace, sound health and long life as you celebrate the age of 58 years today,” Senator Kalu further prayed.
