The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has expressed joy and gladness at the victory of an Abia daughter, Miss Ada Joy Eme at the just concluded Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Pegeant.
The Governor described her victory as a big boost to the image of Abia State as a place where natural talents blossom and become great. Governor Ikpeazu added that the emergence of the new Queen will add zest to the aspirations and dreams of young girls in Abia State, giving them the courage to aim for and win the highest laurels in the country and beyond.
The Governor stated further that his administration will always support and identify with platforms that provide our youths with opportunities for growth and development, urging the new Queen to dedicate her reign to the pursuit of activities and programs that will add value to the girl child and society at large.
Governor Ikpeazu, on behalf of the Government and People of Abia State, congratulates the new Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria, an indigene of Abiriba Community in Ohafia LGA for bringing honor to herself, her family and the people of Abia State.
The Governor looks forward to receiving the new Queen and members of her team in the State soon.
