Some Nigerians on social media are criticising governors Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Seyi Makinde (Oyo) and Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia) following news that they were present over the weekend in the UK for the graduation of Mr Wike’s son Jordan.
Jordan earned a law degree at the University of Exeter, United Kingdom.
The critics accused the governors of caring less about the plight of Nigerian students many of whom have been out of school since February due to the downing of tools by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
