As scarcity of fuel is being suffered in some parts of Lagos state, some drivers in the South-West state have been captured on camera entertaining themselves with their car horns, IGBERETV reports.
The drivers used their car horns in making different sound patterns as they cheered themselves up while on long queues for fuel.
