Former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan, on Thursday visited the headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Commission in Abuja to renew his driver’s license, IGBERETV reports.
Former FRSC boss, Osita Chidoka, accompanied him on the visit and shared photos on Facebook with the caption;
“This afternoon, I escorted former President Goodluck Jonathan to renew his drivers license at the FRSC Headquarters in Abuja.
We were warmly welcomed by the Corps Marshal Boboye Oyeyemi and his management team. The Corps Marshal took us around the digital facilities of the corps.
President Goodluck Jonathan was impressed as he could see visible progress from his last visit when I was Corps Marshal. I was impressed.
The drivers license capture process was seamless and the process flow smooth. I am happy that our original dream of a secured drivers license anchored on a unique biometric identity is still working and underpinned by a strong and rigid adherence to process.
