Completely avoid the road from Ukpor to Ihiala through Osumoghu. It doesn’t matter the day of the week.
Also, don’t visit communities like Lilu, Osumoghu and Isieke for any reason.
Stay of the roads and streets in every town in Ihiala local government area if you don’t have pressings need to attend their and once it gets dark.
Tochukwu Ilo
Do not discuss anything about Nigeria or Biafra while in a public place in these areas.
Stay far away from police or army vehicles and personnel’s (a guy was gunned down in my presence).
Avoid crowd completely including markets. If you go to market, be smart and brief.
Time yourself while in church and ensure that you go home smartly.
The above are help tips gathered from residents and locals in Ihiala.
Don’t forget that 7pm is curfew in Ihiala by default.
