Sen. Orji Kalu Meets With Djibouti President Ismail Guelleh (Photos)

The President of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh on Thursday received the Chief Whip of the Nigerian Senate, Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu at his office in Djibouti.

Also at the meeting was Amb. Innocent A. Iwejuo , Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative to the African Union and UNECA.


Speaking after the event, Senator Kalu said he was happy being decorated with the beautiful cultural attires that reflect the values of the good people of Djibouti.

According to him, “Today my colleagues and I were hosted by the President of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh and Nigerian Ambassador to Djibouti and Deputy Permanent Representative to the African Union and UNECA, Ambassador Innocent Iwejuo at the Presidential State House, Djibouti.”

“I am currently leading the National Assembly delegation from Nigeria to participate in the 76th Session Of The Executive Committee And The 43rd Conference Of The National Parliamentary Assembly Of African Parliamentary Assembly Union.”

“With respect to our rich African culture I was also decorated with the beautiful cultural attires that reflect the values of the good people of Djibouti.”
