Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has revealed the actress she held in high esteem and was chosen as a role model when she started her movie career, IgbereTV reports.
According to the actress, aside from her deep-rooted passion for acting, Sola Sobowale was also a reason for her becoming an actress.
There’s no news that Sola Sobowale has always been a source of inspiration for the younger generation in the movie industry; aside from her motherly nature, she’s known to deliver movie roles perfectly.‘
Recounting the encounter she had with her several years ago in a movie location, Mercy had praised her for being a typical example of a fully baked entertainer.
Mercy mentioned she never regretted choosing Sola Sobowale and two other veteran actresses ( Patience Ozokwor and Liz Benson) as a pillar of confidence on her road to stardom.
