Former governor of Ogun State Senator Ibikunle Amosun on Wednesday visited the national leader of the All Progressives Congress Bola Tinubu in London, United Kingdom.
Tinubu has been in London for some time as he is reportedly recovering from knee surgery.
Amosun was dressed in English wear on the visit.
The Senator’s visit comes after Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat had on Sunday led a team to London to visit Tinubu.
Among Mr Hamzat’s entourage was Tayo Ayinde chief of staff of Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Mr Sanwo-Olu had himself visited Tinubu long before now. According to him, he visited the former Senator to confirm his state of health.
Tinubu, who is reportedly considering a presidential bid in 2023, has received top personalities as he continues recovering in London. President Muhammadu Buhari had visited him while he was about returning to Nigeria following an education summit in the UK.
