Afro-pop singer Ayodeji Balogun popularly known as Wizkid on Friday released the remix version of his hit song ‘Essence’ which features American singer Justin Bieber.
Justin Bieber also expressed his gratitude to Wizkid for the collaboration.
“Thank u for letting me jump on the song of the summer. Essence remix out now,” he wrote.
The main version of the record currently sits at No. 54 on the Billboard Hot 100 and the Bieber-backed remix is set to make the song chart even higher.
Wizkid is also set to release a deluxe version of his groundbreaking album Made In Lagos on Friday, August 27, 2021.
