Ebonyi State Commissioner For Works Mourns Colleague

The Honourable Commissioner for Works and Transport, Engr. Ogbonnaya Obasi Abara has received with rude shock the sad news of the death of his colleague, Engr. Fidelis Nweze Kings and has expressed dismay over the incident which he described as unfortunate.

Engr. Abara who described the loss as colossal said that he was terribly devastated by the unfortunate situation as it was unimaginable. He said that he was in tears and still finds it difficult to believe that it has actually happened especially as it was not long that one of their colleagues Engr. Uche Oka passed on, pointing out that himself and Engr. Nweze Kings were in a sorrowful mood over the demise of Engr. Uche and wondered why this should happen again.

Commissioner Abara thanked the Governor, Engr. David Nweze Umahi for declaring today a public holiday as well as a four day fasting and prayer in honor of the two fallen colleagues and urged him and other members of the State Executive Council to take heart and bear the incident with fortitude stressing that he is convinced that the Governor will be badly affected by
the excruciating incident.

The Commissioner described Engr. Fidelis Nweze Kings as a very dependable, Committed and creative colleague whose professional prowess had enormous impact on the much celebrated Infrastructural harvest of the present administration. He prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul.
