Prince Philip, the husband of Queen Elizabeth ll, has passed away peacefully, Buckingham Palace announces.
He departed at the ripe age of 99 years. The death occurred this morning at Windsor Castle.
Until his death, he was the Duke of Edinburgh.
IgbereTv noted that the Duke has been very ill and has been on life support for months now.
