Imo Prison Break: No One Deserves to be in Prison in Nigeria - Nnamdi Kanu

The leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra, (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has reacted to the Prison break in Imo state Monday morning, saying, no single individual deserves to be in prison in Nigeria.

“If Miyetti Allah terror herdsmen & other murderous #Fulani groups, including Boko Haram insurgents can be arrested, freed and rehabilitated by this neo-colonial Fulanised @NGRPresident, then no single soul deserves to be in any prison in Nigeria. If you know you know! #UGM” Kanu Tweeted

IgbereTV had reported that Unknown Gunmen on Monday morning attacked the Owerri Correctional center in the Imo State capital and freed unconfirmed number of inmates.

The attackers also razed the Imo State Police Command headquarters situated in Owerri and burnt almost all the vehicles parked at the command headquarters.

The hoodlums further freed the suspects in almost all the cells at the State Criminal Investigation Department of the command.
