Ibibios' in U.S.A Condole With CEO of 'Cradle TV' on Father's Demise

The Ibibios’ in the diaspora under the umbrella of AKWA ESOP IMAISONG IBIBIO U. S. A. INC.
97 Birch Chase, Atlanta, GA 30274, have commiserated with the Chief Executive Officer of the Cradle Tv on NTA, Ukai Emmanuel Ufon over the demise of his father, Late ObongIberedem Ufon Effiong Okorie.

In a condolence message to Ukai Emmanuel Ufon who is also a titleholder in the land and a proud son of Ibibio Nation, the group on behalf of the National President/Chairman Mkpisong in Council U.S.A, Mkpisong Eyobong Usanga said the Ibibios over there were deeply touched by the passage of his beloved father, Late ObonIberedem Ufon Effiong Okorie to the great beyond.

The message further states that even though death is the ultimate destination of all mortals, no timing is good enough to justify the loss of a beloved one.

According to the release, “Dear Emmanuel,
The entire membership of Akwa Esop Imaisong Ibibio in the United States of America is deeply touched by the passage of your beloved father, Obong Iberedem Ufon Effiong Okorie to the great beyond. Even though death is the ultimate destination of all mortals, no timing is good enough to justify the loss of a beloved one.

“His departure has certainly left a big vacuum that may be hard to fill. Amid the grieving and mourning, please remember that our savior, Jesus Christ, is always there to meet you at your point of need. It shall be well with you and your family. Amen.

“Emmanuel, we want you to rest assured that our thoughts and prayers are with you, your entire family a,and all others whose lives your late father touched while he yet lived. Please take solace in knowing that your dad and a best friend lived a good and productive life; a life worthy of emulation. We pray God’s strength, unconditional love and protection upon you and your beloved ones during this difficult moment and thereafter. May the Heavenly Father fill the void left behind by his departure. May He comfort and grant you the will to move on with your lives, and the way withal to carry on in his footsteps.

“Ete Ufon Effiong Okorie, hs answered the clarion call and taken with him that charming personality that endeared him to many. But the sterling qualities that distinguished him as a father, friend, community stalwart, counselor, keeper, and Obong Iberedem are left behind to define his legacy.

On his part, the Chief Executive Officer of The Cradle Tv Show on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Comrade Emmanuel Ufon called on all to attend the funeral service of his late Dad, ObongIberedem Ufon Effiong Okorie which will be conducted by the Church of Christ – Nigeria, 7 Esa Atan Rd. Uruk Uso, Ikot Ekpene scheduled to hold on Saturday, 20th March 2021 at St. Mary’s Primary School, Ikot Akpa Isiak – Nkwot, Ikono LGA. By 10:00 Am.
