Legendary Juju Musical Maestro Ordained a Bishop

Legendary juju musician, Sir Shina Peters, has been ordained as a Bishop in the Eternal Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim, IgbereTv reports.

The ecstatic musical maestro shared a short video while he was being ordained on his Instagram page and captioned it “Bishop with swagger. God above all”.

Also writing on his Facebook page, he reiterated his undiluted love for God and pledged to serve Him forever after his ordination. He stated, “to God be the glory. I’ll serve my God till the end”.

Colleagues and fans of the juju maestro have continued to pour encomiums on him as he assume his new role as a Bishop.

Similarly, veteran actress, Clarion Chukwurah, mother of his son -Clarence Peters, a top Nigerian music video director, was recently ordained an evangelist in a yet to be identified Pentecostal church.

Sir Shina Peters most recent music was a collaboration with Teni on her hit, ‘Jo’, released in December 2020.

SSP, as he is fondly called, released his debut album as a solo artist, Ace (afrojuju series 1) in 1989. The album went double platinum and was the career breakthrough that made him a household name in the Nigerian music industry.
