Gregory University, Uturu Abia State has received a huge boast in its bid to become the academic nerve centre in Nigeria as some of its engineering departments get full accreditation from the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Some of the departments which received the full accreditation from COREN includes Computer,Chemical and Petroleum Engineering departments.
This accreditation was confirmed in a letter written to the Vice Chancellor of Gregory University from COREN dated 16th December, 2020 shows that the full accreditation will last for five years starting from December 2020 to December, 2025.
