Economic and financial expert Bismarck Rewane has resigned from the board of Guinness Nigeria Plc.
His resignation became effective December 31, 2020, according to a notice by the firm filed at the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
Until his resignation, Rewane served as the chairman of the board’s finance, audit and risk committee.
He was appointed to the board of Guinness Nigeria Plc as a non-executive director in 2008.
The board of Guinness Nigeria expressed its appreciation to Rewane for his leadership, focus, and commitment to the success of the company and wished him the best in his future endeavours.
