Orji Kalu, Mascot, Nkole, Ex-DSS Boss, Others Attend ABN TV Boss Parents’ Anniversary (Photos)

The well publicized 50th Marriage Anniversary/Golden Jubilee celebration of Chief and Lolo Okali Kalu Ubaka, has been held in grand style at the ancient city of Ohafia, in Ohafia local government area of Abia State.

Igbere TV reports that the event which held on Wednesday attracted the crème de la crème in the society and top dignitaries including political leaders, serving senators, federal lawmakers, academicians, clerics, and business tycoons.

Chief and Lolo Okali Kalu Ubaka are parents of Mr. Ifeanyi Okali, celebrated journalist and Publisher of prominent online medium, ABN TV. The couple have in the past fifty years remained strongly united in love as couples.

Among those who graced the occasion included Senate Chief Whip and former Abia governor, Dr. Orji Kalu; former Abia chief of staff, Hon. Mascot Uzor Kalu; member representing Ohafia/Arochukwu Federal Constituency, Hon Uko Nkole; Hon. Nnanna Uzor Kalu, former member, House of Representatives.

Others were: Rt Hon (Dr) Ifeanyi Uchendu, Abia Assembly deputy speaker; Chief Maduka Ukaegbu, former Abia deputy chief of staff; Sir Chikwe Udensi, Interpol System expert; Chief Dan Okeke, Ohafia Local Government Council Chairman; Chief Udo Osonwa from the United States and Lolo Chukwueze, footballer Samuel Chukwueze’s mother.

While Chief Raymond Iheanacho Nkemdirim, a former Director of the Department Of State Security Services (DSS) served as chairman of the occasion, HRH Eze Ukoha Kalu, the Paramount ruler of Ebem Kingdom, Ohafia served as the Royal Father of the day.

Ahead of the event, the community took new look with security beefed up and surveillance mounted at strategic locations in readiness to play host to the eminent dignitaries who graced the occasion.

Igbere TV reports that Chief Ubaka Okali, a retired police officer, is a respected community in Ohafia local government.
