Somadina Adinma Celebrates Ex-Girlfriend, Regina Daniels On Birthday

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels definitely had an amazing birthday celebration this year as she got a replacement for her stolen Rolex wristwatch from her husband Ned Nwoko.

Regina’s birthday came in the heat of the #EndSARS campaign over the weekend but it didn’t prevent Ned a politician and businessman from showing his wife love.

The visibly-elated Regina shared on Instastories a video of the moment she was presented the wristwatch.

“My Rolex was stolen so hubby decided to replace with a better one,” she captioned the short video.

In the midst of the excitement, Regina’s close friend Somadina Adinma whom many allege was her boyfriend wrote her a lovely note on Instagram.

“To the one who spreads Joy & touches each life she enters with a positive vibe,” he wrote.

“May the love and happiness you share with others return to you tenfold. I wish you many more happiest of birthdays !! @regina.daniels.”

In a 2019 interview with The Sun, Soma insisted he and Regina were only close friends, adding that he was not bitter about her marriage to Ned.

“When you are not ready to marry, would you tell the other person not to marry because you are not ready? That’s wickedness. Even when you are ready, you may decide not to marry the person. I am not saying that’s the case, but Regina and I were close friends,” he said.

Regina has been standing in solidarity with the #EndSARS campaign.

As her own way of joining the movement, the actress opted for a photograph which read #EndSARS on Instagram instead of elegant pictures taken from a photoshoot.

In her caption, she made reference to the few times her brothers have been harassed by policemen.

“I have witnessed a lot of brutality and intimidation on my brothers and friends by these men on uniform simply because of good looks, cars or even phones,” Regina wrote.

“I strongly support this movement. #say no to unjust killings, no to brutality, no to intimidation.”
