BREAKING!!! Four Super Eagles Players Test Positive For COVID-19

Four Super Eagles players have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), Coach Gernot Rohr announced on Thursday.

Rohr did not mention the affected players. He, however, said they were fine.

“I won’t reveal their names, they are fine now,” he said.

The team is in Austria for friendlies with Algeria and Tunisia.

The Super Eagles will take on Algeria on Friday at Worthersee Stadium in Klagenfurt following a change in the venue which was initially Jacques Lemmans Arena.

The Worthersee stadium has 30,000 capacity seats compared to the initial venue in the southern Austrian state of Carinthia, which holds 2,420 spectators.

Nigeria will, however, play Tunisia on October 13 at Jacques Lemmans Arena barring any last-minute change.
