Nollywood actress Yetunde Bakare has revealed that although she was born and raised in a Muslim family, she has converted to Christianity.
The mother of one in an Instagram post on Friday made the revelation.
Yetunde said her reason for converting to Christianity was best known to her.
“I was born and brought up as a Muslim 🙏 and my sunnah name is MODINAT 🥰 but I’m now a Christian for reasons best known to me,” she wrote.
Yetunde Bakare hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State. She began acting professionally in 2009.
She has starred in movies like Awa Okunrin, Awolu Goes to school, Amisu, Alani Baba Labake, Omo Olodo, Iyawo Teacher and many more.
