IgbereTV reports that Police Detectives attached to the Kano State Headquarters of the state Command Bompai, have rescued a 35-years-old man identified as Ibrahim Lawan alleged to have been incarcerated for 15 years by his father at Skeka quarters within Kano metropolis.
In a video captured by IgbereTV, the police officers were seen evacuating the man on stretcher from an uncompleted apartment into a standby ambulance before being taken to an undisclosed hospital for medical attention.
The victim was said to have been chained and caged for an undisclosed reason by his parents.

The rescue was reported to have occurred around 11:45am on Sunday.
