Revolution Now: DSS Rearrests Bakare In Osogbo After One Year

Officers from the Department of State Services (DSS) have rearrested Olawale Bakare a co-defendant of the #RevolutionNow movement leader Omoyele Sowore in Osogbo, Osun State capital, Igbere TV reports.

Mr Bakare was rearrested on Wednesday along with about six others who converged at the Olaiya junction in Osogbo, Osun capital to protest bad governance among others.

He had previously been arrested in August last year ahead of the protests and detained for several months.

Similar protests are ongoing in other parts of the country and the Federal Capital Territory.
