The Chief Whip of the Senate and former Governor of Abia state, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu will on Monday visit Aba for a requiem mass in the honour of late Billionaire oil Magnate, Chief Anthony Enukeme(Tonimas Oil).
IGBERE TV had reported that Chief Enukeme died recently after a brief illness.
A catholic priest of Aba Diocese who disclosed the information to our correspondent said the former governor want to honour his late old friend and have given the church his words .
Attempts to confirm Kalu’s visit were abortive as calls and text messages to his aides were yet to be responded to as at the time of this publication
It will be recalled that Kalu made a triumphal entry to the South East on July 27 following his release from Kuje correctional centre on June 2.
His return was given a rousing welcome as people of all ages trooped out and followed his convoy from Sam Mbakwe Airport Owerri to his countryhome Igbere .
