Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has directed that religious centres reopen from August 7.
Mr Sanwo-Olu stated this on Saturday while giving his update on the coronavirus.
While mosques will reopen on August 7, churches will begin worship on August 9.
The governor also announced an increase in the number of public gatherings capacity from 20 people to 50.
