Vice-Chairman of the National Campaign Council on Communications and Publicity for the Edo governorship election, Obahiagbon has accused Governor Godwin Obaseki of intimidating APC members, IgbereTV reports.
He said the governor is harassing members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) serving in elected offices over their refusal to join him in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He disclosed this in Benin when he addressed journalist on what he described as the intolerance of the governor.
He said that the governor’s action is unacceptable and urged people with a democratic mindset to condemn ‘this anti-democratic acts oozing from the seat of government, in the strongest of terms.’
