IgbereTV Man reports that a Nigerian man identified as Mr Chidiebere Ogbonna returned 1.8 million naira which he found in a carton of indomie noodles he bought.
According to IgbereTV reports, the carton was partially filled with noodles coupled with bundles of N1000 notes.
Chidiebere said that when he got home, opened the carton, and discovered what was inside, he immediately returned it back.
When asked why he returned the cash despite the current hardship witnessed in the country, he said the money was not his, so there was no reason for him to keep it.
The vendor who was very happy, thanked him and promised to supply him free carton of indomie from now till the next six months.
