The National Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has approved the governorship primary in Edo State in which Osagie Ize-Iyamu emerged governorship candidate.
The NEC gave its ratification on Thursday during a virtual meeting.
President Muhammadu Buhari also directed all party members to discontinue all ongoing litigations as they affect the party.
Mr Ize-Iyamu won the party’s governorship primary on Monday.
