Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday dumped the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Igbere TV reports.
The duo seems to have threw their weight behind the anti-Asiwaju Bola Tinubu’s camp in APC as both attended the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the party in Abuja.
The meeting is being convened by the Chief Victor Giadom, the acting national chairman of the party.
The meeting is currently ongoing at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, although some party chieftains joined the session virtually.
Similarly, President Muhammadu Buhari, on Wednesday, threw his weight behind Chief Victor Giadom as acting national chairman of the party.
