The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned the immediate past Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, for alleged N3 billion fraud.
Mrs Oyo-Ita was arraigned on Monday at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
She was relieved of her duty last September after about N600 million was allegedly found in the bank account of her aide.
The EFCC was said to have traced some N3 billion to her, funds believed to be gathered from kickbacks on contracts, illegal estacodes and duty tour allowance received from the government.
