Following the removal of Muhammadu Sanusi as Emir of Kano, he was sent on exile to Nassarawa state so that the new Emir Ado Bayero can take charge.

According to the report, Muhammadu Sanusi II, arrived in Loko, Nasarawa state on Monday evening where he is expected to begin a life in exile.
