Okonjo Iweala thanks Nigerians for their support as she joins South Africa Economic Advisory Council

IgbereTV had earlier reported that Nigeria’s former Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala was on Saturday spotted with South African President Ramaphosa, members of cabinet, and members of the Presidential Economic Advisory Council in Pretoria discussing sources of growth for the South African economy and win-win economic interactions with the continent.

The former Nigerian minister following her appointment thanked Nigerians for the support and love she got.

She said, “I am grateful for the outpouring of love and support from Nigerians and other friends on my appointment by President Cyril Ramaphosa as a member of the South African PEAC. I appreciate Your Excellencies and all my friends and followers.”
