Aisha Attacks Amaechi, Insists He Faced Attack On Abuja-Kaduna Railway

Co-founder of Bring Back Our Girls (BBOG) movement, Aisha Yesufu, has insisted that the minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, was attacked during a trip on Abuja-Kaduna railway.

Mr Amaechi had on Sunday denied the incident, saying a report by an online news platform was false.

However, tweeting in response on Monday, Mrs Yesufu alleged that her relatives were on the train with the minister.

“Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi you should be ashamed of yourself. My sister, my brother and my sister-in-law were in that train. When your convoy scattered and you fled like a newborn mouse whom water has been poured on, it was witnessed! Governance is not by lies & propaganda!” she said.

The BBOG co-founder then made a video attacking Amaechi the more.

“Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi @ChibuikeAmaechi instead of preparing notes to tell the President that the insecurity is real, you called it fake news. When they are done with us and our children, they will come after you and your children!” she captioned it.

A news platform had claimed that it “reliably gathered that the kidnappers laid in ambush around Mando area and attempted to waylay the passengers, who arrived at Rigasa train station around 8:15 pm.”

It also said that mobile policemen and soldiers prevented the suspected kidnappers from having their way.
