The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented a certificate of return to Bayelsa State Governor-elect, Douye Diri.
Mr Diri, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was presented the certificate on Friday at INEC headquarters in Abuja.
He was earlier declared winner of the November 16 governorship election held in Bayelsa State.
