Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has been sworn in for a second term in office in Lokoja, capital of the state.
The Chief Justice of the State swore Bello and his deputy, Edward Onoja, in on Monday.
The inauguration was attended by some governors and top government officials.
The governor and his deputy were re-elected last November.
Bello, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), polled a total of 406,222 votes to defeat his major rival, Musa Wada of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who scored 189,704 votes to emerge second.
Natasha Akpoti of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) came third in the exercise with 9,482 votes.
