Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, has appointed experienced journalist, Oguwike Nwachuku, as his chief press secretary.
The governor announced Mr Nwachuku’s appointment and a host of others on Monday.
Nwachuku, former editor of Sunday Independent, was until his appointment the executive editor of The Niche on Sunday.
Uzodinma also appointed Cosmas Iwu as Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
He also named Nnamdi Anyaehie as chief of staff. Mr Anyaehie is a former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo.
