Former Senator Dino Melaye has had his father and children flown out of the country for holiday.
The former lawmaker shared a photo of his family early Sunday on Twitter leaving the country. He did not reveal their destination.
“My dad and kids jetting out. Holiday noniiii,” he said.
The tweet suggests that Melaye is staying back in the country for Christmas.
The former Kogi West senator will be challenging his loss to Smart Adeyemi at the tribunal.
After election on November 16 and a re-run on November 30, Adeyemi polled 88,373 votes while Melaye recorded 62,133 votes, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
