Delta State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa, on Monday took a selfie with a young boy during the inspection of construction projects in Warri.
The governor conducted an impromptu inspection of several road construction projects.

In a tweet on Tuesday, Mr Okowa said he was attracted by the boyâs resilience, prompting him to request a selfie.
âYesterday, this young boy from Warri had been smiling and taking pictures of me during my inspection of our construction projects. At some point, seeing his resilience â I had to ask him: âWouldnât you like to take a selfie?ââ he said.
Okowa recently signed N395.47 billion 2020 budget for the state with a promise to fast-track infrastructural projects for the benefit of Deltans.
