The dream of Enugu State Customary Court of Appeal having its first-ever headquarters in the state capital comes true as the last stage of work – construction of fence, pavement, surfacing, landscaping and beautification of the new edifice recently built by Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s administration – commences.
