The Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) has lifted the transfer embargo placed on Chelsea FC of England, Igbere .
The CAS lifted the ban on Friday following an appeal against the two-window transfer ban handed down by FIFA last February.
Chelsea will now be able to sign players during the January transfer window.
